How credit and account delivery work
A practical guide to adding USD credit, checking out and finding your delivered account information.
Reviewed October 8, 2026
1. Sign in and open Wallet
Use Sign in, then open Wallet & credit. Copy the personal deposit address shown for the selected network. Use the address displayed in your own wallet page, not an address from a guide or message.
2. Match both network and token
The wallet supports USDT and USDC on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) and Solana (SPL). Choose the exact network and asset in the wallet before sending. BNB, SOL and unsupported tokens do not add store credit.
3. Wait for confirmed credit
Follow the current minimum and maximum deposit amounts shown in your wallet. Credit appears after the transfer is confirmed and processed, not immediately when you press Send. If it is missing, use Check deposit with the transaction hash and contact support if needed.
4. Review your final quote
Choose an account option and quantity, then select Buy now. The site checks current price, quantity limits and availability. One USD in credit provides one USD of store purchasing value. A displayed catalog price is not a reserved quote.
5. Find the delivery in My orders
After checkout, open My orders using the same signed-in account. A submitted order can still be processing. Delivered information appears when fulfillment completes; delivery time depends on the listing and its availability.
If something needs attention
Do not place a second order just because the first is processing. Check the saved order status and contact support with the order number. Refunds and delivery issues require review under the listing conditions and Terms & delivery.
Troubleshooting credit and delivery
My transfer succeeded. Why is my credit missing?
A successful blockchain transfer is not the same as confirmed store credit. In Wallet, check that the network, supported token, destination address and amount match the instructions for your account. Use Check deposit with the transaction hash to check its status. Transfers outside the supported conditions may need support review; do not send another transfer solely because credit has not appeared.
Why can I not find my order or delivery?
Open My orders with the same account and sign-in method used for the purchase. Order information belongs to that signed-in account. Check the saved order status: delivery information appears after fulfillment completes. If the order is still missing, contact support with the order number or the approximate purchase time; never send your sign-in code or account password.
Does a processing order mean that it failed?
No. Processing alone does not confirm either delivery or failure. Keep the existing order and check My orders for its recorded status. Do not place a duplicate purchase or assume a refund has happened. If the status needs clarification, give support the order number. Delivery issues and refund eligibility are reviewed under the listing conditions and Terms & delivery.
What information should I send to support?
For an order issue, provide the order number and a short description of the problem. For a deposit issue, include the transaction hash, network, token, amount and approximate transfer time. Use the support contacts on this page. Never send account passwords, delivered credentials, cookies, verification codes, wallet private keys or recovery phrases.
Need help with an order?
Send your order number to support. Keep passwords, verification codes and wallet private keys private.
